That was tremendous fun! The bands weren't in great shape, but good enough to
propel my score far beyond any previous Volta outing here -- more than double
any previous score since that first try in 2003. 15M production was the biggest
difference: there was some. 

Managed to put in 10 hours and thoroughly enjoyed working Europe while the
teenagers looked after the lawn outside late Saturday afternoon. 

Spent a lot more time than I should have on 15M (1800z to 2130z) trying to land
a few more European mults, but could probably have had a much higher rate if I'd
returned to 20M earlier in the day.

Many highlights, such as the awesome 20M opening to Europe Saturday night, and
finding ZM2B and VK3TXD ON 20m and then both calling in on 40M a few minutes
later, just before midnight local. ZL/VK are uphill from here :). 

Disappointments: the wasteland of dead air on 80M (though it seemed PSK signals
were strong), and the shortage of JA operators except on 15M, where I landed
five call areas (but just three on 20M -- though they had big signals).

I've been tracking the two money bands recently to see how antenna changes and
prop have affected my score.

Still haven't got the 40M Europe 2-el wire quad working any better than the
