Comments:
* N1MM Logger
* FT-2000
* 40M SteppIR dipole 27'
* 80M 2-element raised vertical array
* 3 ele. SteppIR at 27' (cranked up to 47' Sunday afternoon)
SFI rising from 90 to 111 was offset by C-class flares and an A-index
fluctuating from 26 to 36. The bands were terrible for most of the contest,
with Europe only workable for a couple of hours near the end on Sunday
afternoon. Same for 15M, which didn't offer much all weekend.

Intended to run SOLP unassisted, but for some reason even with packet window
closed and all spots cleared from the queue minutes before the contest started,
new spots kept appearing in the bandmap. Seeing as spots kept appearing after
the contest was underway, the decision was no longer mine. I had to run in the
assisted category. I have no idea why spots would show up several minutes after
the window was closed and all spots cleared.
Second-best-ever low power effort in this one.

Tried to break 1M points, but missed it by "that much." Had fun despite what I
believe were the worst conditions for a major contest since that last
relatively decent conditions in 2006.
Thanks for the contacts.
