Comments:

Very poor conditions much of the time. Nil on 10 and 160 meters, and 15 was
extremely poor -- not open most of the time. During the daytime on Saturday,
20 meters was the only productive band, and it was poor at times -- sparse,
weak DX. Many times it seemed like one-way propagation - signals into, but
very weak out of the midwest blackhole near Chicago. Both days, often had to
make many attempts and repeats to complete QSOs -- weak signals or rapid QSB or
poor copy on one end of the QSO.

Things picked up Saturday night with good CQ runs on 40 and one good CQ run on
80 meters. Thunderstorms on Sunday limited operating time. On Sunday, I was
off the air from 0755 until 1915 UTC -- busy with other things as well as
waiting for thunderstorms to subside.

No assistance on Sunday -- lost the Internet connection for the entire day --
starting sometime Saturday night. Internet access not recovered until Monday
evening. Of course, this hindered collecting new multipliers.

K3 driving an AL-80B at about 800 watts. Win-Test logging. 63% of QSOs via CQ
runs.

Thanks for the Qs and Ms.
73,
   Gary
