Comments:

Probably my best night in a while. Got off to an average start but hit a hot
streak between 20/40 SO2R and then 40/80 SO2R.

Tnx to K5OT and NO3M for the only three baggers. Lots of two banders in
addition.

Nice to hear CTDXCCers K5OT and N9NB.

Five minute segments: 7, 8, 13, 9, 13, and finally 7. Anything even close to 15
contacts per five minute segment means I'm ping-ponging with the two radios and
getting answers to my "inactive radio CQ" that is sent while the station is
sending his exchange when I then must vacate the frequency. Good stuff when it
clicks for nearly three contacts each minute.

The "new" names are cool, and provide a spark. Especially enjoyed Ace, Yoda,
Toad, Redsox, and Wine. Sorry Ned, the Sox couldn't break through with the
bases loaded against Rivera in the bottom of the ninth. Another very long
game.

Oh, back to radio. Fifteen meters is gone here. Only K5OT workable. I've got
some line noise now, with the heat and drought. Will have to work on that.

Nice to hear several of the NAS regulars warming up.

Always fun. Tnx to all and to the 3830 support.

Jim (Geo) N3BB
