Comments:

Band conditions certainly didn't encourage me to not waste time questing for
faint VHF conditions.

Should have paid attention to the calendar -- only realized this test was this
weekend a couple of hours after it started.  Had on my to-do list to get
comfortable with N1MM's treatment of QTCs before this contest; guess the task
gets pushed to before the RTTY installment.
