Comments:

I spent a few hours Saturday out operating protable QRP. Conditons where 
challenging. I was hearing many Scandinavian Stations with lots of Arctic
flutter
working the SAC contest but had little luck working them but did manage to work
a 
few through many calls and many repeats. Thanks to all SAC stations who took
the 
time to try and copy my weak QRP signal.
