20m and to some extent, 40m was strange - a solar event?  Only 3 EU, instead of
the usual 20+ on 20/40m (only F5IN, SM6CNN).  Only TN, GA and IL were loud on
20m.

53 mults sez activity was not up to par. Fortunately, those most active were on
all three bands.
