Comments:

Great party!

Had to miss the first three hours on conflicting business and with it probably
a dozen county multipliers from the rovers, but otherwise conditions seemed
quite favorable with 20 meters the band of choice from this end. While
admiring the fixed stations' patience and endurance, highest cudos go to the
ubiquitous mobiles (QSOs in parentheses): N4ZZ (44), W1NN (27), W4AN (26),
W3DYA (18), K4R (15), AD8J (12), NE4S (5), W4MY (2) and K4A (2). Amazing to
hear so many loud DX stations in the mix. Nothing on 10 meters, but 15 meters
was open into GA for most of the contest period. Did not hear a single mobile
up there, though. Fun to work assorted NM, MT, JA and UA contesters in the
off-moments, plus an occasional Titanic memorial station on the anniversary of
that tragedy. All in all a delightful weekend on the bands.

73, Chris, K5LH

Rig: Ten-Tec Omni V (90 W), wire dipoles, Aetherlog for Mac.
