Comments:

Propagation was better than RDA last weekend. However, no 10m QSO. 
This contest has interesting rule which allows packet cluster for all category
but prohibit skimmer even in multi op. I interpret skimmer like ...... Includes
RBN so log off from telnet just before start of contest. I guess this is legacy
rule and consensus now is RBN and skimmer.......should be treated same as
packet cluster. 

I felt YO contesters are shy as they did not call CQ but S&Ping? If you need YO
regional multiplier you have to run and catch them!
