Comments:

Dismal conditions, especially to Asia...only one JA worked near the end. Power
outage early Sunday almost cost us the small EU opening. Might we consider
employing the dupe rule, like in the NS Sprints, if this is the best the
sunspot cycle has to offer? ;>)
