Comments:

Generally poor conditions, except for last two hours.  Few EU and Caribbean,
some AF and OC, no AS.  Good turnout from Central & SA.  West Coast and New
England essentially unreachable from TX with ordinary equipment, while Great
Lakes region and Mexico were open almost all the time.  Quiet band generally,
but weak signals.
