Comments:

K3, P3, 3 elem StepIR  Conditions weren't too hot and high noise level, but did
manage to keep BIC long enough to double last years score.  It must have been
the CW QSOs that pushed me this year after the phone Qs were all worked Sat.
night.  Always room for improvement.  Glad to work many WV this contest, but
missed DC and many others.  Didn't hang on long enough for propagation to move
to all states.
