Comments:

Part time effort here. Spent the first 2 hours training a newer cw op by letting
him observe some search and pounce and trying to get him to copy down some of
the calls and exchanges of the guys running. He's gone and ordered an interface
for his radio..... maybe have another budding contester on the air soon.
