Comments:

Solar flare with CME, lightning, storms, brutal noise, miserable
propagation...what more could you want in a contest!
Score is down about 200,000 points from last year.
Q count was a little down from last year but the multiplier number was way
down.
Far fewer 5 pointers due to poor propagation.
Oh well...next time!
