Comments:

15 was very good to Europe - F5IN S9+. Ran out of folks to work on 15 and 20.
Tried 40 but with summer absorption mid-west and east coast were weak and could
not hear me - only worked NA5G and W4BQF there. Second radio went bonkers right
in the middle of a run shortly after contest started so turned it off and went
with one radio. When I turned it back on it worked fine - hopefully problem
won't reappear!
