Comments:

I wondered why the signal were down more than usual. Then I saw the 3830 reports
and realized everybody was running QRP....except me (LP - 100w). I guess I
missed the posting about QRP this week. I subscribe to NCCC blue but did not
notice an annoucement about QRP -maybe I missed it. Oh well...it was fun as
