Comments:

Wow - it has been many months since I last had a chance to get into the SNS and
NS. The rust is not even close to flaking off - it will take a while. Obviously
I did not know about sending my year of first license instead of my name. At
least I was not the only one. Next time... The wind broke my 40 meter dipole
(again) and I had to use my 80 meter dipole with the tuner in the FT1000 on 40.
It sort of worked and a few folks heard me. Lots of antenna repairs to do this
spring now that it is finally here. As usual, I did not hear or work a Wyoming
station. I am now retired and I can stay up late, so I will be on again next
week if nothing gets in the way. I noticed that the web site does not explain
the exchange. I poked around and never did find anything about that.
