Comments:

Well below last year's results.  :(  Too much local noise for me to hear below
the level of higher-power stations with good antennas.  Without my reversible
Beverage, I would not have been able to contest, the noise was that bad.

Still, I worked 65 countries on a single (40M) band in one sitting,
so-to-speak, and that's worth noting.  I'm always surprised to see the number
of countries that a person can reach with 100W and really, really simple
antennas.  Given better conditions, I think I could achieve a single-band DXCC
in this one contest over a weekend, a goal I can aspire to.
