FT990 100W 40M used DX Engineering 43' Vert w/remote tuner at base.  20-10 used
Force 12 C3 @40'.

Power company has been replacing a lot of hardware following my complaint and
notice that I was going to escalate to FCC.  2 Months ago had cut Noise average
from S9+20 to S8.  Now after replacing all poles and hardware on my neighborhood
streets it is down to S3 to 5.  That is a huge improvement.

Now that I hear better, I didn't have time to work much of the contest since I
was in Dayton all last week and working my new retirement job as GM of QCWA
fixing a very high error rate in records and moving forward.

No excuses then ... respectable score won't win 5th Call area this year so
after 2 years of winning that honor, someone else has a chance!
