(A bit of explanation. Bert wrote to me feeling bad that he had miscalculated
his CWt scores and didn't know how to make it good. I suggested a post
directly to 3830 and it follows below. I think it's great that we have
contesters
who have this much honor about their efforts. It's a great juxtaposition
against the claims of score manipulation that seems to be all we hear about.
