Comments:
Thanks again to John Evans, N3HBX, for letting me use his fine station in
Poolesville again. The new FTdx-5000s are very nice!
Conditions seemed good Saturday afternoon and evening, but participation seemed
down from last year. The bands were less crowded and my QSO totals are down
substantially. I had a sweep before going to sleep Sunday morning. AB was my
last section.
I should have spent more time on 40 meters. This was my second effort using
N1MM as a single operator - it went more smoothly than I expected and I had no
major problems. I do miss TR Log, but it doens't support the FTdx-5000's.
I also overslept about 30 minutes on Sunday morning. I managed to set TWO
alarm clocks for 6:15PM - I did get the time change right though! :-)
Thanks for all the QSOs.
