Comments:

K3/100, P3, SteppIR @ 55', 80/40M dipole, Inv "L" on 160.  I don't think 
anyone in WV or KY knows how to "RUN" as I never hear them calling 
CQ.  I was S&P the whole time.  Never did get KY for sweep.  BIC for 
14:45 hours.  Hope there are enough points here to put PVRC over the top.
