Comments:

I only had limited time to play in the contest this year so I did S&P and went
looking for needed fills and cherry picking Q's and handed out points along the
way. Saturday evening the conditions on 80 and 40M from my QTH were the best
that they have been in a while. Lots of activity on the low bands.
