Comments:

Started late.  20 Meters was quiet and long, while 40 was quite noisy.  The
higher bands seemed dead.  Worked a number of new callsigns including PA0LOU,
W4IX and KC4D.  As always, Jack, W0UCE was booming in on 20 Meters.  Thanks for
