Comments:

Bands recovering somewhat from the solar thing, but still not right.  Howie had
flutter on 40/80m.

An early season rain shower came by in the first 20 minutes, creating s9+
noise.
Turned off the top antenna in the stacks off, reducing noise by 20 db and able
to copy most sigs.
