Comments:

Missed CLI, FOR, SUL, WAY counties.  FOR was apparently activated on CW
Saturday.  Everyone skipped over CLI Sunday afternoon!

Thanks to mobiles/rovers and everyone who QSYed.  The QSY QSOs help on Sunday
when things are going slow, added 30+ extra QSOs.  Most memorable was moving
W1UJ around 10-160 near the end, thanks Jay!

QSOs down from last year, but multipliers up.
