Comments:

FT1000MP, 100W, TH6DXX, dipole, inverted vee.  Participation seemed down
tonight, but ratio of mults to QSOs was good.  20M was pretty good to the west
to start with, but sigs dropped quickly.  Heard stations from the north and mid
west, but no QSOs.  40M was quite good to most areas outside the southeast. 
Stns in TN and LA were heard, but no QSOs.  80M was quite good for most of the
country.  I think the 1/5 kHz QSY rule may have extended the spread of stations
slightly.  Many probably didn't get the announcement or remember it applied
