I tried my best to beat last years score but no go. It was down to the last 10
min of the contest to beat it but no takers had 16 more qso's than last year
but my zone and country count were lower as well. I did have quite a few
stations from the states needing zone 3 it seemed. The depressing part was
Saturday and Sunday morning with EU coming in and couldn't get a run going to
save my ass so had to resort to S&P moving up and down the band and was it
crowded. Definately going to get a ssb filter soon my ears are still ringing.
Did have some nice runs with the JA's or my score would have been worse. No
problems setting up other than the 3' of snow I had to trudge through to get
from the parking lot to the Patrol shack with the equipment and food.
