Comments:

I spent a few hours saturday out operating protable qrp. conditons where
pretty good and i was hearing quite a few scandinavian stations some with
a bit of arctic flutter and did manage to work a few on 15 and 20 meters
thanks to all sac stations who took the time to work my weak qrp signal.
