Comments:
Contest started with quite good conditions and 10m had some es into Russia
direction.
In the evening Aurora started but not too bad conds, got worse from 0215z when
a new Aurora came and made qsos impossible for 20 minutes.
The conditions on 40m was very good into NA.
Sunday morning 20m had some nice LP opening to VK, ZL and JA area.
Did some 10 moves for new mults and some 30 more tries, but the other station
did not understand or did not want to QSY.
Thanks to the 5-banders: A65CA DK9OY DL6KVA HA3MU RM5D RW3AI US1U.
Station performed very well, was only a problem with SWR on one radio, which
later was found to be a problem in a bandpass filter that Mike solved after the
contest.
Had also some problem with CW speeding up and PTT release to quick on one
radio.
Sorry for not knowing the speed problem, got aware when some sending pse QRS.
Dont listen to own CW audio when making dual CQ on 2-radio.
Was a close LP-race with OH5Z, was narrowing in on sunday morning on the
russian scoreboard, but last 27 min was terrible. Only managed 8 QSO in that
time.
Thanks to Mike SM2WMV for company and the sauna before the contest.
TNX QSOÂ's and cu in SSB part.
