Comments:

This contest is much awaited contest to grow for us neighbors. Picking up
Chinese mults should be a lot of fun. Due to other obligations I only managed
to join in part-time from mobile.

Date of the contest:
May not be the best. The last (1st) version clashed with OCDX. Though moving to
April initially seemed to be a good idea, but it actually clashed again with
more than a few contests, especially CQMM, YU DX and RF Champ CW. I couldn't
resist responding to lonely CQs in others so I ended up also sending logs for
two of them.

It may take few more years to grow, but we need a lot more BY stations!!
