Comments:

The rovers made this contest work.  It would have been impossible without them. 
My gratitude goes out to them and their efforts as rover band runs probably
account for at least 70 percent of my score.  There was little in the way of
propagation or enhancement and I found fewer stations in less grids to work
than I ever have before.
