Comments:

Plenty of QSB and weak signals to accompany the marginal conditions.  Continuing
my campaign against most cut numbers,  when you send --- with the qsb,  it may
be 8, 9 or 0 considering you may have faded after the third dah.  Lends to many
repeats.  STOP IT!

Really enjoy the QTC aspect of the test and many of the ops are outstanding in
the copy of such.  Wish we had some contest in the US that permitted us to try
our hand at copying QTC's that well.
