Comments:

Shortage of operators was not a big problem. WAEDC can be done with 3 fully
committed OPs.
Poor condx on 10m, but 15m stayed open very long and 20m was open all night.
We are a bit short of mults compared to last year due to the marginal 10m condx
but could improve significantly on QTCs and thus overall score is up about half
a million points.
