Comments:

Decided to play around and hand out some QSO's.  First hour was great, second
hour was totally lackluster, third and fourth hour were pretty fair.  My goal
was just to get 300 Q's, so it was a good afternoon.  Lots of great OP's in
this, and it was a pleasure to work them.  Congratulations to the winners!
