Comments:

Great conditions stateside, Africa,Asia and Pacific, but not as good to  EU 
Best DX was SU2W @ 2138utc.  It was middle of the night in Egypt!  Glad to see
more XE states represented.  The Band reopened abt 3 hrs after sunset from
Oregon to Arizona for an hour. Not very much meteor scatter this year
