Not very happy about this.  It doesn't matter if we're at the top of the cycle
or the bottom, we just don't have any 10 meter propagation.  15 is much better.
 Makes for a very slow start to this contest.  The low bands are always noisy
but the summer-time QRN made for many repeats.
