Comments:

Turns out that not operating NAQP for seven years or so does make a difference -
I felt incredibly rusty. Had a few hassles with the SO2R setup, but mostly just
made a bunch of silly judgement errors - not the least of which was going to 20
way too late, and spending far too much time on 10 and 80.

10 was wide open, but to only to a very narrow band of the country. Missed VA
and everything north of there, and NE and everything west of there. In
between, made lots of Q's with WI, etc.

80 was very short, which was a huge disappointment. Tom's 80 meter antenna
usually dominates, what with being at 1,800' on top of the ridge looking down
on the world. Worked IN, IL, OH, MN but nothing east of there, which was a
huge loss.

Worked two SC's on 10, failed to move either one to 15 or 20 and missed SC on
both of those bands. And so it went. Worked KH6 on 10 and 15, but didn't move
him to 20, and missed it there. Ah well, lessons relearned.

Thanks to everyone for a great time, and especially to Tom for the use of his
amazing mountain top station.

K6IF was:

K3 x 2
C31-XR at 50' and 75'
Mag 340N at 80'
Sigma 180S at 90'
DX-EE fan dipole at 35' for second radio
