Comments:

Thanks to the ARRL for the creative contest categories to encourage new 
participation (e.g. VHF-3-band & FM). The varying low power limits for
differing categories are puzzling. In the limited time I had to operate, I
tried to find some FM QSO's on 2m. I was not able to find any of the FM ops on
this time. I look forward to some folks who may be new to VHF contesting. We
did have more Rover activity in our area this time.
