Comments:

15 was open to most everywhere although not a lot of success making contacts. 
20 was quite good.  had 44 q's at the halfway point, then went to 40 and the
rate crashed.  Sigs not so strong and high QRN.  listened on 80 a couple times,
never heard anyone, tried a CQ, was probably too early.  Antenna is broken/dead
to SW, so didn't bother to go back at the end.
