Comments:
Hello! From KP4KE !!!
I ran the contest with 4 watts to the USA and 10 Watts to Europe.
I won the ArrlDX contest 2013, 80M SOSB category (high power) with 10 watts.
Last year in this contest (CQWWDX) I ran 3.7 watts and I put my score in low
power category Because I used 20 watts to make 3 or 4 QSO's. And I get a yellow
card from the C.C. for power reason. (Do they have a new input power meter?)
I exchanged more than 4 or 5 emails to the contest director. I told him the
power that I used. I answered all the questions that he made. He never made a
intelligent question to me. I know he is not smart like Andy Blank, N2NT
(Director of CQ dx 160m contest) and some one used him like a Muppet for that
decision. On a previous occasion he also was used like a Muppet in 2009. He
gave to DK8ZB operator of KP4KE a red card for self spot KP4KE with the call
KP4FP (In the shack in that time no cluster no telephone or no Internet
available). For that reason this year I will put my score in high power
assisted category. (To avoid the yellow or red card.)
If the WWDXCC want to change my category to low power no assisted it is their
decision. (In this baseeball game they have the bats and the bases but no the
balls.) Remember no contesters no contest.
Sorry, Randy I told you "Don't let nobody use you like a MUPPET".
If some one want more inf. You can see my page at qrz.com or send me a email.
Thanks for all that spot my stationin cluster and all that give me a call
during the contest see you next year in the CQWW DX contest 2014.
If the WWDXCC want to change my category is their decission.
