Comments:

Finally, bands were all open.  I been waiting all year for this! 40 m at night
was wall to wall DX. 10 m in the daytime open to great DX.  Worked several new
countries: Rwanda, Azerbaijan, Burkina, Sudan, Swaziland.  Now to get
confirmation....
