Comments:

Conditions not as good as the 1300 hour and participation was less.  20 was
decent into E/U and also off the back of the Hexigonal Beam to the west coast
but not so hot for Midwest and East coast. The big DX pileup started expanding
into CWT territory which of course moved participants up as high as 14040.
