Comments:

First time I used DXLog, which is very similar UI and command with Win-Test as
latter does not support PSK mode contest. Although there are several
functionality to be improved, I was satisfied with performance of new logging
software. 

I am new to QPSK63 mode and found I need few more practices to tune.
