Comments:
What fun! Thanks again, to John Evans, N3HBX, for letting us invade his fine
station and play with the toys. The competition with WX3B made this contest
particularly fun.
For me, the high point was the RAGING 15 meter pileups Saturday and Sunday
morning when the band opened. The best rates I've ever experienced in WAE SSB!
John's new 4/4 OWA array is a great performer on 40 meters - the sunrise
openings in Europe were a seemingly endless, steady stream of weak European
callers. Thanks also to the team members who joined me: KE3X, N3RR, K3AJ,
K3RA, and N8II. I really enjoy the teamwork and comraderie.
