Comments:

I try to send 1st CQ at 1300z on 40 m and my K-3 has very low output power, same
intermittent problem I had at VC2R in last CQWW CW in November, haven't seen it
almost at all since.  So then I tried it on 20 and same there, 15 worked.  This
was SO1R session for me, but at least I was able to document this intermittent
problem on video this time, for guys at Elecraft to troubleshoot !  See you
again at 19z.
