Always fun -- QRQ CW -- QTC's -- Excellent EU CW ops, etc.....  Thanks to DARC
for an excellent CW Contest.  How about turning the tables sometime and having
EU send and rest of the world receive QTCs???  

No outside spotting network/RBN/Skimmer help used at K4EU even if it's
allowed.... Ran stations 90% - S&P 10%.....
