Comments:

Pretty good conditions overall, not great to SA and only a short opening to JA.
Nice to run some Europeans on 10m although the band dropped out to EU pretty
early, not much beyond the big guns could be heard after EU sunset. 

I have added another item to the wish list. In addition to a new radio I need a
real power amplifier. I am giving up most of an S-unit running 600W on 10m with
my SB-220. Between somewhat soft tubes and low drive power that is all I can
get. On the plus side I have blown it up 3 times during contests, twice the
plate chokes and once a power supply diode. Each time I popped it open and in
about 30 minutes had it fixed and running. Some lower loss coax would help
too.

I have 3 yagi’s pointed in different directions and that sure came in handy
being able to instantly change directions without touching a rotator. I use
them often to put some RF in different directions at the same time.
