Comments:

Worst winter conditions I can ever remember.  No DX, 1 VE.  QSB was terrible,
and was both fast and slow.  QRN level was high also.  I'm hopeful that CQWW
will be better!  

Most amazing signal here was K6SRZ.  He was the first W6 heard (by about 2
hours!) and was consistently strong every time I heard him.
