Comments:

100 W into a dipole, mostly running.  Conditions were tough with QRN and what
sounded like an unsettled ionosphere.  6-point QSOs were infrequent, and an
8-point (FL, CA, ME) was a very rare beast.  I didn't hear any DX stations.
